Our History
Since 1996, GMB Realty Partners main mission has been to provide exceptional environments for our customers. GMB started with Historic Rehabilitation Projects located in the urban core areas of Oakland and Richmond, California. These projects allowed us to provide some of the most distinctive and interesting spaces in the Eastbay. Beginning in 2004, GMB embarked on a vertical development plan to build new office/flex properties. These types of properties are still an active part of our company’s overall development plan.
In 2005, GMB came up with a truly unique product offering for the Bay Area. Our plan was to provide RV and boat owner’s indoor and covered spaces. The Interstate Storage brand was launched in 2005. These unique facilities combine RV, boat and mini-storage spaces into one large facility that has been an instant success in the Bay Area. We plan to continue to expand the Interstate Storage brand through new projects located close to the urban centers.
